Control the usage of your Simmons Bank debit or credit card with Card Controls. This feature allows you to have more control over when, where, and how your card is used. Additionally, you can opt to receive specific alerts based on card activity for added peace of mind.

Key Features:

• Suspend Card: By suspending your card, you can disable purchases and withdrawals until you choose to unsuspend it.
• Set transaction limits: Define a limit for purchases, and any transactions exceeding that limit will be declined.
• Decline certain transactions: Choose to decline ATM, international, and online transactions.
• Receive alerts based on transaction type through text messages, push notifications, and/or email. These alerts will notify you when:
• • A transaction exceeds a limit you have set
  • A transaction is declined
  • Your card is used without being present
  • Cash is withdrawn from an ATM
  • Your card is used in a foreign country
  • A purchase is made at a gas station

To maximize the benefits of your card, use the Simmons Bank Card Controls app in conjunction with the Simmons Bank Anywhere app. For the Card Controls app, you will need to create a new username and password.
